Wheeler County would like to remind you about our free, easy to use Recycling Container Loan Program and invite you to take advantage it! Why recycle? Because recycling is an easy way to reduce the environmental impact of your event as well as your expense for solid waste disposal!!!
We help make Recycling at your Event Easy!
We can help your waste minimization/recycling effort by providing ClearStream® PRU’s (portable recycling units) for use at community events. They’re easily set-up and maintained, and can be used in place of, or in addition to, existing trash containers. You will be responsible for disposal of collected material, but use of the PRU’s will help cut down on the amount and disposal cost of waste from your event while also providing a convenient way to collect potential revenue from bottle/can deposits. There is no charge for the use of these containers and we have specially marked bags available that help clarify and encourage their use!
